Job Description for
Elementary Substitute Teacher
EMPLOYMENT CATEGORY: Part-Time, On-Call, Non-Exempt, Hourly
REPORTS TO: ES Principal
REQUIRED PERSONAL QUALITIES TO MEET BRAVE CHRISTIAN STANDARDS OF EMPLOYMENT:

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement effective teaching methods and facilitate learning by following or creating a lesson plan
- Manage a classroom, provide detailed reports, and communication with school staff
- Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment for all students
- Work well with diverse student populations
- Must be able to manage elementary student population
- Incorporate Biblical principals in education
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum BA/BS Degree in related field
- Ability to manage elementary student population
- Experience in working with Elementary School aged children
