Job Summary: The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for managing building access while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all walk-in visitors. They provide information about the ministry as a whole and deliver exceptional customer service to parents, staff, visitors, and callers. They are expected to uphold all applicable State of Nevada regulations, Nursery - K4 department requirements, and LMCM policies and procedures.

- Enters incident/accident reports
- Track student files - all required documents (Health physical, shot records, insurance information etc.)
- Maintains & publishes Monthly Event Calendar as well as Summer Event Calendar
- Updates department forms and documents
- Tracks progress reports and Assessments (September, December, March, and May)
- Is responsible for ordering and tracking the inventory of all supplies
- Enters Maintenance and Tech ticket requests
- Processes Urban League and Child Care Aware billing forms
- Maintains classroom sign-in sheets
- Other duties as the supervisor deems necessary.
