**Role Overview**

The Assistant Manager role at Braum's is a key position that plays a critical part in the success of our stores. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for teaching, coaching, and leading store crew members, while also focusing on customer satisfaction and maximizing store sales.

**Responsibilities:**

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maximize store sales
• Oversee the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
• Maintain inventory levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build a successful team
• Organized and detailed approach
