What are the responsibilities and job description for the Of Counsel Attorney position at Braucher & Associates, PLLC?
We are looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join our Firm in an of counsel capacity to assist the Firm with litigation matters in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
This is a remote position and would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced solo practitioner looking to supplement his or her practice.
The position requires strong attention to detail, writing skills, punctuality and an ability to self-manage cases from start to finish.
Our law firm focuses on the representation of national and regional lenders and investors in foreclosures, commercial and residential closings, providing general business representation to regional and local businesses and in general civil litigation.
We are a collegial law office with a casual and fun work environment.
Compensation depends on experience.
