Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
- Schedule sales appointments and acquisition appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Must be on site to greet customers and be able to physically touch vehicles that customers are inquiring on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication a must
- Experience preferred but not required
- Excellent people skills
- Computer literacy
- General knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
