This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Sales Specialist at Brattleboro Auto Mall, located in Brattleboro, VT. The Car Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, consulting to identify their needs, and providing expert recommendations on the best vehicles and financing options. The role also includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and contributing to the dealership's sales goals. A commitment to superior customer service and fostering customer loyalty is essential.

• Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales
• Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to build strong relationships and drive Customer Retention through effective communication and service
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of Chevrolet, GMC, and Buick vehicles is a plus
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or sales is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Brattleboro, VT, and a valid driver’s license
