WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
Your schedule will be full-time, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed to accommodate customer-specific needs.
As our HVAC Sales Representative, your role is vital to our success. Building lasting relationships with new and existing customers, you'll propose solutions to meet their unique needs. You will be the primary contact throughout installation jobs, ensuring company goals and quality standards are met. Your excellent performance will not only secure repeat business but also contribute to the continued growth and success of Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Experienced sales professional with knowledge of the HVAC industry or similar field
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts to a variety of audiences
- Ability to understand customer concerns and translate them into business solutions
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Great selling and business-development abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
A bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications are preferred. Experience directly selling to customers is desirable!
