What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that keeps customers coming back
- Buy, sell, and evaluate fine jewelry, gold, luxury handbags, and designer goods
- Coach and inspire team members through daily example and genuine mentorship
- Drive store performance through relationship-building and consistent sales
- Support store operations, merchandising, and community engagement
- Showcase our luxury inventory and culture on social media
- 3 years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail, or high-value sales
- A natural leader with a warm, people-centered approach
- A stable career history and a track record of consistent professional growth
- A strong communicator who builds genuine, lasting customer relationships
- Someone who leads with integrity and shows up the same way every day
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- $17–$22/hr commission — top performers earn significantly more
