The Opportunity
This is not an entry-level job it is a leadership opportunity built for someone who has already proven they can lead. We are looking for an established leader from another industry who is ready for a fresh challenge and a long-term home.
You will join us at the Assistant Manager level and step into a structured Manager in Training program. You bring leadership, the work ethic, and the ability to connect with people. We will teach you everything about our business the products, the buying and selling, the industry, and the craft. No jewelry or luxury-retail background is required. What matters is that you know how to lead a team and build relationships, and that you are ready to learn an entirely new trade from people who genuinely want to see you succeed.
There is a clear, supported path from Manager in Training to Assistant Manager to Store Manager and beyond. If you have hit a ceiling where you are and want a company that will invest in you, this is the move.
What You'll Do
Learn our business from the ground up products, processes, buying, selling, and the luxury-retail craft with hands-on mentorship from experienced leaders
Lead by example set the tone for service, professionalism, and store culture every day
Build lasting customer relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal, repeat clients
Coach and support the team alongside store leadership as you grow into full management responsibility
Help drive store performance through relationship-building, consistent service, and sound day-to-day operations
Represent the Braswell & Son brand with the warmth, integrity, and polish our customers expect
Who We're Looking For
A proven leader previous experience leading, supervising, or managing a team, in any industry
A natural relationship builder a track record of creating strong, repeat customer or client relationships
A stable, committed professional a consistent work history that shows tenure and follow-through (we are building for the long term, and so should you)
A genuine learner curious, coachable, and excited to master a brand-new industry
A strong communicator who leads with integrity and shows up the same way every single day
No fine jewelry, luxury, or retail experience is required if you can lead people and build relationships, we will teach you the rest. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
