Position Overview
We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role goes beyond standard cleaning—it’s about delivering excellent results and a professional on-site service experience across both residential homes and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning on carpet fibers, area rugs, upholstery, LVP, and tile & grout in residential and commercial settings.
- Textile Assessment: Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to determine the appropriate method
- Client Service: Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and business clients; provide recommendations for fabric care and maintenance.
- Precision Execution: Carefully move and protect furniture, treat stains, and groom carpets for a clean, finished appearance.
- Equipment Care: Maintain truck-mounted systems and tools; ensure clean, safe, and dry workspaces.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial carpet cleaning or related field preferred
- IICRC Certification (Carpet Cleaning Technician – CCT) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills
- Ability to lift/move equipment and furniture (75 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean, professional appearance
