Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with chefs and servers to ensure dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered correctly.
- Run food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guests with efficiency and grace.
- Double-check plating, garnishes, modifiers, and seat numbers before leaving the window.
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the expo line and service stations.
- Assist with table resets, stocking, and overall dining room readiness as needed.
- Support a guest-first culture by ensuring timely, accurate, and polished service.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
