Interior Housekeeper

Job Summary

Seeking motivated and energetic Housekeepers to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our mall common areas throughout the day to ensure a welcoming environment for retail partners, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, is detail-oriented, flexible, respectful and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of public areas including entrances and glass doors, escalators/elevators, and food court
• Conduct activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Handle custodial tasks including restroom sanitation and stocking of supplies
• Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by Mall Management.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and floor care techniques
• Ability to work reliably and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift push/pull at least 30 lbs.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift.
• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Must follow Management assignments, directives, policies and procedures.
• Remain free from illegal drug use.
• Must pass a standard background check.

Pay: $16.94 per hour
