**Key Responsibilities:**
- Fill in for teachers during their absence, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a respectful and productive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, fostering a positive school climate.
- Support students in their learning by providing additional assistance and guidance as needed.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure educational goals are met and to enhance school programs.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding students and school personnel.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by school administration.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required.
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting (student teaching, substitute teaching, tutoring) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
