Brass Bird Coffee & Kitchen is looking for a hands-on Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen at our new Santa Barbara location.
This is a working chef role - you’ll be on the line with your team while also leading ordering, systems, and execution. We’re a high-volume, quality-driven café focused on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and exceptional hospitality.

- Lead and manage the kitchen team
- Work service shifts on the line
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and food cost
- Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
- Build strong systems for prep and execution
- Maintain a clean, organized, efficient kitchen
- Strong cooking skills and leadership experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
