Call Center Customer Service Representative (Remote)

The Call Center Customer Service Representative (Remote) plays a vital role within a large department, handling a high volume of customer interactions daily. This position focuses on providing efficient and effective support through technical assistance, billing inquiries, order processing, and general information. The representative is responsible for managing accounts, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining documentation to ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of incoming calls (50 daily) with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide technical support, billing assistance, and order processing information
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage customer accounts and update relevant data accurately
• Document interactions, follow up on outstanding issues, and maintain clear communication
• Utilize product knowledge to inform and guide customers effectively
• Employ clear communication skills and active listening to understand customer needs
• Work collaboratively within a large team to meet departmental goals

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM software
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
• Proficient in problem solving and conflict resolution
• Accurate data entry skills
