Objectives of this Role

• Deliver exceptional service that keeps shoppers coming back and builds lasting brand loyalty
• Work alongside your team to hit store sales goals through suggestive selling and seasonal promotions
• Guide customers through product features and benefits, offering honest recommendations that fit their needs
• Keep the showroom tidy, organized, and welcoming for every guest who walks through the door
• Represent Brashears with professionalism, energy, and pride
• Treat every customer with genuine respect and courtesy

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome as they enter the store
• Answer questions and lend a hand with whatever a customer needs
• Handle purchases and returns at the register accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people
• Solid math skills for handling transactions and calculations
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and Holidays

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Bilingual
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
