Responsibilities
- Manage the entire creative process from concept through execution for proposals and presentations, project-specific efforts, and corporate initiatives, guiding our overall creative strategy and leading its execution
- Research and understand design trends within and outside the industry
- Responsible for ensuring the level of quality and accuracy for all creative deliverables, while maintaining and advancing corporate visual standards
- Explore and identify unique ways for us to express our creative strategy, including through client experience, pursuits, recruiting, and internal means
- Identify and lead design updates of marketing and communications materials, including templates for brochures, proposals, and presentations as well as advertisements, invitations, email headers, and trade show booths as necessary
- Facilitate open communication, workload management, and engagement within the full creative team
- Facilitate sharing of best practices and lessons learned with department peers
- Drive creative support of video assets and digital projects, such as company apps, website, intranet, and digital signage
- Manage creative support and strategy for office and division events and activities, corporate “weeks,” town hall meetings, and video wall needs
- Proactively drive the development of creative training and resources for the marketing and communications team
- Drive creative support for vendor programs, including jobsite signage and promotional items
- Hold a leadership position with local design, industry, or nonprofit organization
- Champion change process and motivate others to embrace change

Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required
- 5 years of prior experience in a fast-paced, design-related role preferred
- Advanced proficiency of the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Open Asset, and Prezi
- Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure with ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
- Understanding of the time-sensitive nature of marketing events, proposals, and interviews
- Displays commitment to support overall efforts of the marketing group with the expectation that additional hours may be required
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Requires strong executive and client interaction skills
- Displays respect in working with others and ability to create trusting relationships
- Broad understanding of construction industry
