Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Manage access gates on a large construction site to allow entrance or exit for deliveries
- Direct deliveries to appropriate area on the construction site
- Maintain a predefined (printed/electronic) daily delivery schedule
- Follow safety and site procedures
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years security/gate keeping experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Punctual, dependable and trustworthy
- Able to lift/move up to 70 pounds
- Able to open and close rolling gates
- Able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Withstand for long periods of time, noise, fumes, etc. associated with construction sites
- Able to work in all types of weather (including exposure to extremes of hot and cold) and in all kinds of work environments
