This role focuses on building relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce partners to support hiring needs and strengthen Brasfield & Gorrie’s Field Apprenticeship Program.
This person will help connect students and early-career candidates to real opportunities in construction while partnering with field leaders and recruiting teams to support long-term workforce needs.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce development partners
- Support recruiting efforts tied to Brasfield & Gorrie’s Field Apprenticeship Program
- Represent Brasfield & Gorrie at career fairs, school visits, classroom presentations, jobsite tours, and community events
- Identify and engage candidates interested in construction careers
- Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- Partner with field leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting teams to understand workforce needs
- Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data in iCIMS and related systems
- Help create a strong experience for students and entry-level craft candidates
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruiting, workforce development, school partnerships, or community outreach
- Construction, craft, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred
- Experience working with high schools, technical schools, or community colleges preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned area
- High school diploma or GED required; degree or relevant certifications are a plus
