Role Description
As a Dishwasher, you're the backbone of the kitchen-keeping everything moving, clean, organized, and ready for service. Beyond washing dishes, you'll support the culinary team with a range of basic prep tasks, making this role an excellent entry point for anyone interested in expanding their kitchen skills. Organization, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this position.
Ideal Skills/Traits
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Some restaurant or stewarding experience preferred
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take direction and learn new prep and stewarding skills
- Food Handlers permit required (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs)
