What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manual Laborer position at Branzak Enterprises?
About the Role:
We are in need of two outdoor manual laborers willing to aid us in a current construction renovation project. Hours are Monday to Friday 7AM-3:30pm (sometimes Saturday)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in property maintenance and construction support.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction or maintenance settings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, and debris removal to maintain safe and orderly property conditions.
