Duties
- Greet clients, pet owners, and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate daily clinic activities efficiently.
- Collect payments and process medical billing accurately, adhering to all relevant regulations including DEA and USDA guidelines.
- Assist with animal intake procedures, including animal restraint, handling, and basic pet care instructions.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services such as surgery, companion animal medicine, or pet grooming as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
