What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Construction Pipe Foreman position at Branston USA?
Branston USA, a family owned, employee driven, Civil Construction Company with a strong focus on integrity & employee growth has an opportunity for a Pipe Foreman to work on large, commercial construction projects, lead a crew of 3-7 people while practicing OSHA approved safety measures & oversee projects from start to finish. Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and professional appearance. Bilingual and or CDL is a plus!
Other qualifications include:
Must have a valid Divers License & Ability to Set Grade & Set up a Pipe Laser. Heavy equipment operation such as excavators, earth movers, front end loaders, bulldozers, rollers and other related equipment effectively and safely in crowded job sites. Perform clearing, mucking, excavating, compacting, rough and fine grading operations using available equipment. Perform minor repair work on-site. Maintain cooperation & coordination with road and transport systems so that normal activities are not disrupted. Work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, work site or traffic laws. Report to owner and follow multi step instructions. Lead and develop crew members. Candidate should be an excellent communicator, motivated and capable of effectively controlling labor, materials and equipment while working closely with the project management team. Perform other duties as needed.
Competitive salary is based on experience. Benefits package includes major medical, vision and dental insurance, paid time off and periodic bonus incentives. Must be able to complete drug screen, meet diving record requirements and submit to a background check.
