Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance at the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. The Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing and directing the finance team (accounts payable & accounts receivable), financial statements, and financial reporting. They will also utilize their analytical skills to evaluate financial data, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The Director of Finance will play a key role in driving the financial success and stability of our organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial planning, finance, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and data
- Experience in creating and analyzing financial forecasts and budgets
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Ability to collaborate and lead a finance team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Master's degree in Finance or CPA certification is a plus
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Nexonia and Simpleview
- Ensures financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP
