Position Summary
The Public Space Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s public areas, ensuring that guests experience a welcoming and pristine environment throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
Replenish supplies in restrooms and other public areas as needed.
Perform light maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance issues.
Set up and break down event spaces as needed.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
