Your Day-to-Day as a Relationship Banker- Teller
As a Relationship Banker, you will often be the first face customers see when they walk through our doors. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced banking environment.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Processing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
- Assisting customers with account openings, maintenance, and general banking questions
- Building strong customer relationships by identifying needs and providing helpful solutions
- Supporting fellow associates and working collaboratively across departments
