What does a Relationship Banker do?
Our Relationship Bankers are the front line associates who will greet and serve our client's basic banking needs including:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
The ability to pass a pre-employment criminal and credit check background screening.

What does a Relationship Banker do?
Our Relationship Bankers are the front line associates who will greet and serve our client's basic banking needs including:
- Handles customer(s) requests for account openings, closings and responds to a wide variety of other customer service functions based on the needs of customers.
- Works closely with other personnel to develop existing and prospective customer relationships.
- Refers customers to appropriate person or department for services outside area of responsibility.
- Processes daily bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, money orders/cashier checks.
- This is a full time, hourly position. Schedule may depend on location's needs, but will be within normal bank operating hours.

- The ability to work quickly and change priorities/tasks with little notice
- General computer skills and ability to learn new technology
- The ability speak Spanish with customers is a plus!!!
