Job Title: Corporate Associate Attorney
Location: Corpus Christi, San Antonio, or Austin, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $125,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Branscomb Law is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney. The position may be based in our Corpus Christi, San Antonio, or Austin office. This position will provide sophisticated legal work, meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and a collegial work environment.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for prompt admission
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Real estate or transactional experience preferred but not required
