Overview
Our work is across the Florida Panhandle as well as Southern Alabama and Georgia.
Duties
- Oversee all active job sites and crews
- Assign work and coordinate schedules
- Ensure all foremen complete daily reports in BusyBusy
- Handle material coordination and logistics
- Tackle jobsite issues
- Maintain project schedule
- Clear communication with foreman, crews, upper management and office staff
Quality & Field Oversight
- Ensure proper layout and squaring
- Verify correct elevations of slabs, footers, etc
- Ensure rebar and anchor bolt placement
Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Pay: $78,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
