What You’ll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from greeting to closing the sale
- Build meaningful relationships and create repeat customers and referrals
- Help customers celebrate life’s milestones through fine jewelry, gifts, and custom pieces
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Promote services such as repairs, financing, and care plans
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized showroom
- Work as part of a supportive, team-first environment where everyone wins together
