Overview
We are seeking energetic and personable Servers to join our dynamic team. Must be available evenings and weekends
In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering outstanding guest service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression
- Provide expert beverage service, including cocktail mixing, wine recommendations, and spirits knowledge to enhance the dining experience
- Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
- Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience
- Requirements
- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially fine dining or casual dining environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips
- Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits, and beverage service techniques
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
