Responsibilities

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges with speed and precision
• Provide friendly, professional customer service by assisting shoppers with product questions, locating items, and offering product demos when appropriate
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods confidently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
• Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented
• Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, or direct calls to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking new products and conducting regular stock checks to ensure availability

Experience

• Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
