What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator position at Branex Group?
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, user support, data quality, and ongoing platform improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience, hands-on configuration expertise, and working knowledge of Apex development.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and security.
- Configure and support Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
- Manage sandbox environments and assist with deployments and releases.
- Support business users by troubleshooting issues and responding to support tickets.
- Maintain data quality and identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Support Salesforce integrations and connected applications.
- Perform proactive system maintenance, platform monitoring, and release management.
- Contribute to Apex-based enhancements and custom functionality when needed.
Qualifications
- Required
- 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and security administration
- Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, and sandbox environments
- Working knowledge of Apex and Salesforce development concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience supporting integrations, change management, and platform governance

- This position is intended to convert to a full-time employee following the contract period.
