This role involves independent work alongside collaboration with the broader HR team to manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and assist with payroll and benefits administration within a flexible 10-20 hour weekly schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution efforts
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR team members to support organizational goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in human resources roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience in payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Strong skills in benefits administration
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
