About the Role

As a Precision CNC Milling Machinist, you will play a vital role in crafting high- complexity components that demand extreme accuracy. You will leverage your technical expertise in multi-axis machining to transform complex engineering designs into high-quality finished parts, ensuring every project meets rigorous

industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently configure and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers to achieve precise geometric tolerances.
• Translate complex engineering blueprints and 2D technical drawings into actionable machining processes.
• Optimize production by performing on-machine program edits, offset adjustments, and G-code/M-code refinements.
• Validate component integrity throughout the production cycle using advanced metrology tools like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Drive operational efficiency by performing routine equipment maintenance and proactive troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high-standard, organized workspace to ensure safety and workflow optimization.

Job Qualifications

Required Skills

• 5 years of hands-on experience with CNC milling operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting blueprints and applying GD&T standards.
• Strong command of shop math and technical problem-solving.
• Experience with industry-standard CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Haas.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of CNC programming and machine logic.
• Proven ability to work with complex tooling and diverse material types.
• Experience in high-precision, low-volume manufacturing environments.
