SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of a Technical Sales organization. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable making outbound calls, and understands—or is eager to learn— the tech industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1–3 years of SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales experience
- Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume outbound calling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRMs
- Proven experience in lead generation and lead qualification
- Experience selling into mid-market organizations and comfort speaking with all levels of management and HR.
