Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, proactive and reliable Maintenance Worker to oversee the upkeep of our facilities. We are a small family Property Management company that mostly has single family homes. In this role you will diagnosis issues, perform routine repairs, do some lawn work and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and some carpentry work.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming tress, pruning shrubs, raking leaves and snow removal.
- Troubleshoot and repair any maintenance issues.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently while handling equipment or working in outdoor environments
- Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment.
- You must have your own vehicle, vehicle insurance and valid driver's license
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
