BCCS is Seeking an Administrative Reviewer for our Criminal Justice Programs!

The CJC Administrative Reviewer is responsible for fostering a welcoming and supportive environment by providing high-quality, appropriate services while maintaining the highest professional standards. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver competent and effective care to all BCCS clients through individual, family, and group counseling.

What You'll do at BCCS as an Administrative Reviewer:
- Complete all provider-selected out-of-state referrals, make appropriate recommendations for education, outpatient treatment, or extended treatment as needed
- Ensure that the DUI tracking system is updated within established timelines to reflect each client’s status
- Maintain appropriate written electronic records
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision as assigned.
- Assist clients in obtaining admission, entitlements, and related benefits.
- Adhere to identified billable direct service hours
- Utilize evidenced based practices, such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Confers with the Supervisor and/or Program Manager to discuss a particular problem and/or case to obtain their advice and provide recommendations on his or her condition and treatment.
- Assess client’s needs for referral, identifying professional and agency limitations then planning and facilitating referral. Match client needs with community resources to facilitate positive client outcome and make appropriate referrals.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED
- REQUIRED: 1 Year Experience in the Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health Field
- PREFERRED: Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree in Behavioral Science or Related Field
- PREFERRED: CADC/CAADC
- PREFERRED: 1 Year Experience in Community Resources
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Based out of our Wilmington location
