This is a full-time on-site role for a Medication Technician, located in Bridgewater, NJ. The Medication Technician will be responsible for accurately administering medications, monitoring residents’ health and behavior, assisting with daily activities, and documenting care and medication records. The role requires collaborating with the care team to ensure residents' well-being while providing excellent customer service and compassionate care within a senior living environment.
- Proficiency in administering medications and understanding of basic medicine-related protocols
- Experience with vital signs and health monitoring
- Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential or relevant certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on compassionate care
- Customer service experience and a dedication to creating positive experiences for residents and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain detailed and accurate records
- Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training is an advantage
