We are a premium catering company known for exceptional service, attention to detail, and memorable client experiences. The athletics programs at UNC and Duke represent a significant portion of our catering business. We provide game day meals, tailgates, staff catering, fundraising events, departmental functions, and food for summer camps for coaches, players, staff, and donors.

We thrive on relationships, responsiveness, and creativity. You’ll work closely with the Owner / CEO and be the go-to person for our highest-profile clients. Doing this job well will open doors to greater leadership, responsibility, and growth opportunities within the company. This role is critical to delivering the VIP-level service our athletics clients have come to expect, while allowing the Owner / CEO to focus on overall business growth.

The Athletics Catering Client Manager is the primary liaison for all athletics clients. You will oversee every catering order from menu planning to delivery, setup, and execution, all while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

This role involves coordination with UNC and Duke athletics, gameday staff, tailgate companies, fundraising groups, departmental leads, visiting teams, and summer camps, making it a year-round position.

This is a high-impact role working with top collegiate athletics programs. We recently became an official sponsor of UNC Athletics, giving you access to unique experiences and high-profile client relationships.

You thrive in execution, organization, and real-time decision-making. You are constantly balancing the present moment with what’s coming next, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping the entire team aligned and moving forward.

If this sounds like the leader you are and work worth doing, come join the fun!
