We are a leading provider of positioning technology solutions, and we're looking for a highly skilled individual to join our Engineered Services Team as a Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, creating training programs, and providing leadership and guidance to team members.

**Responsibilities Include:**

1. Developing and maintaining scalable business strategies for integration of BTL resources
2. Traveling to visit customers, sales teams, and Topcon business unit to discuss customer support and training alignment

**Requirements:**

• 5 years of experience leading teams in successfully meeting business objectives
• Strong knowledge of business objectives and ability to anticipate risks
• Excellent management and organizational skills
