- Manage electronic and manual filing of payment remittances
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Process registrations, discharges, and searches of Garage Keeper's Liens
- Coordinate with other branches and divisions regarding customer transactions
- Prepare and send mail via postal services
- Assess credit bureau reports to inform credit decisions
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management
