Job Overview:
">Brandt is currently seeking a Credit Associate to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for data entry and other general office duties on a permanent, full-time basis.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Confirm customer payments and record them in Brandt's internal system
- Notify credit coordinators of payment issues and discrepancies
- File payment remittances electronically and manually
- Create new customer accounts
- Process registrations, discharges, and searches of Garage Keeper's Liens
- Communicate with other branches and divisions regarding customer payments and transactions
- Prepare mail for sending via Canada Post and Purolator
- Assess credit bureaus and references to grant credit to customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Skills:

- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
