Role Description The Dual Hotel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Beaverton, OR, responsible for driving revenue across two hotel properties. This position manages day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and site tours, and building relationships with group, and leisure clients. The Dual Hotel Sales Manager develops and executes sales and marketing plans, negotiates contracts, and collaborates with operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves tracking performance against sales goals, preparing regular reports, participating in local networking and industry events, and maintaining brand standards and compliance. This individual serves as a key liaison between the hotels, guests, and franchise partners to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
