WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings (weather-dependent)
The Position: As a Primary Accounts Receivable and Customer Service Representative, your day begins as you step into our friendly, fast-paced office. You start by checking on accounts, invoicing customers, and processing payments. As the phone rings, you're ready to answer customer service inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure everyone receives the top-notch service we're known for. Throughout the day, you juggle accounts receivable tasks and manage customer interactions with a friendly and professional attitude. By the end of the day, you'll have ensured smooth billing and scheduling, knowing you've contributed to our 100% customer satisfaction.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience with computers and accounting software
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
Preferred:
- 3 years of customer service experience
