We are seeking a polished, dependable professional with prior exposure to Medicare education and traditional Medicare supplement planning who can assist in supporting and reinforcing client conversations. This role works closely with a licensed advisor and plays an important part in delivering a thoughtful, high-quality client experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone familiar with the Medicare supplement landscape who may wish to pursue licensing in the future, though licensing is not required to start.

Responsibilities

· Assist advisor in preparing for Medicare and supplement-related client discussions

· Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate client records

· Assist with Medicare supplement application processes and follow-up

· Support client questions with general, non-advisory guidance

· Help ensure a smooth, professional, unrushed client experience
 

Ideal Background

· Prior exposure to Medicare education and traditional Medicare supplement planning environments

· Experience in an insurance agency, medical office, or benefits coordination role preferred

· Strong communication skills, especially with clients age 65

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with professional appearance

· Comfortable working in a calm, friendly and focused setting

· Is seeking a sales-driven or commission-only position

· Requires constant supervision or direction
