Brandstrom Interiors manages all phases of residential renovation, from initial concepts and planning to construction and finishing details. Team members collaborate closely to deliver cohesive, high-quality design and build solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Role Description This full-time Administrative Assistant role supports Brandstrom Interiors’ daily operations and project workflows from our office located in Islip, NY and traveling as needed to various jobsites when required. The Administrative Assistant manages phone calls, emails, and scheduling, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal team members. Typical responsibilities include organizing files and records, preparing documents and reports, updating project trackers, and assisting with invoicing or basic data entry. The role also involves supporting executive-level staff with calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant collaborates with the team in person and virtually and uses online tools to keep information organized and accessible.
Hours may vary, but are generally Monday through Friday from 9 to 5pm.

Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and file management.
- Professional Etiquette and clear Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar coordination, meeting support, and follow-through on action items.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., email platforms, word processing, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in construction, design, or professional services environments is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
