Customer Service Rep and Dispatcher

Amundson's Appliance Center is a multi-location Retail & Commercial appliance business in Northwest Wisconsin with direct and online sales and in-store Service and Parts Department.

Due to expansion, Amundson's Appliance is now taking applications for a Customer Service Rep Dispatcher.

The job entails taking high volume service calls, scheduling service for technicians to go to customer's homes,  order parts, receive parts, and communicate with manufactures for authorizations for warranty service.
