Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functioning office environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee mail handling, shipping/receiving, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners.
- Manage general communication channels, including phone lines and shared email inboxes.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room usage.
- Assist with planning and logistics for meetings, company events, and trainings.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining records, and coordinating benefits or payroll.
- Implement and update office procedures and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate special projects and track deadlines or reporting requirements.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Preferred: Experience with HR, finance, or project management tools.
- Preferred: Supervisory or team coordination experience.
