Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist skilled craft personnel with daily job tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform basic labor tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Support setup and dismantling of work areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
- Willingness to learn construction and industrial work processes.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to travel 100% (3 weeks on 1 week off)
- Valid driver's license.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
- Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments when required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more with assistance.
